Our next baby party was on January 30th and thrown by Rachel's Uncle Mark and his partner Brian at their house in Minneapolis. Many of Rachel's extended family -yes, including her dad and uncles - were there, along with some of Mike's extended family and a couple of friends.
We had an absolutely wonderful time! Everyone was so generous with their gifts and advice :-) We all spent a great afternoon hanging out, drinking (sigh - water for Rachel), eating wonderful food (Mark is a wonderful cook) and talking. We hope everyone had a great time at our "nontraditional shower."
