Happy Father's Day to the best daddy to Alexander and Catherine!!!
Our family packed up and headed to Willow River State Park (conveniently near our house) to trial a camping trip. It was a mixed experience...A&C did wonderful during the day. Had a ton of fun, ate well, didn't run in the road or woods, played in the water and the playground. But, A&C did not sleep....at all. Drove around for naps, and ended up heading home both nights due to the impossibility of any kids sleeping in the tent. So, the first family camping trip was not a complete success, but parts were great. I (Rachel) gave Mike a present that will be great fun come August 10th - dinner at Pazzaluna, a Coldplay concert, and a night at the Saint Paul Hotel (thanks Mom/Nonna for babysitting).
