Happy 10th Anniversary

June 28th was our 10th wedding anniversary.  To celebrate this big milestone, we (just Mike and Rachel) headed to the Florida Keys for a week.  We wanted to go somewhere we had never been before, which is why we ended up in the hot Keys in the middle of summer.  Alex and Cate had a great time spending the week with Nonna and Papa, and we were able to talk almost every day with FaceTime.  Cate was a little sad at school the first couple of days, but cheered up.  Alex wasn't fazed a bit - as usual.  We spent 3 nights in Key West, 3 nights in Islamorada, and 1 night in Miami due to an early flight home.  Rachel unfortunately got a cold on the second day so our planned scuba diving was out of the question.  In Key West we stayed at the Orchid Key Inn, a cute 1950s hotel that had been remodled.  It was right on the main Duval street, so we had fun walking around and all the people watching.  Islamorada was the relaxing part of the vacation.  We stayed at the 8 room Ocean House and spent 2.5 days sitting in a cabana reading books, magazine, having some drinks, swimming, and decompressing.  It was wonderful.  Oh, and we rented a 2014 Mustang convertible.  It was fun (and a bit uneasy) driving the 7 mile bridge with the top down.
